Channel Partners Manager

Are you ready to be the face of our program as we expand in New York? HomeWorks is looking for a motivated and mission-driven candidate to work as our New York Channel Partnership Manager in the EmPower energy efficiency program. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between HomeWorks, our customers, and the EmPower New York program while networking with community partners. This will include prospecting new and maintaining existing relationships in the community to help increase awareness of energy efficiency in the low-income community. We have aggressive growth targets and are looking for a self-starter who leads through results. You will bring your experience in energy efficiency, business development, and community initiatives to help increase participation in this underserved program. Candidates who are organized, customer-centered, work independently, and like to innovate will thrive in this role.  

 

Responsibilities:

    • -Create new partnerships in low-income communities throughout the Mid-Hudson region via canvassing, field marketing, cold-calling, prospecting, and networking. 

    • -Maintain existing relationships, and act as a liaison between partners, customer, and the EmPower New York program 

    • -Work with the General Manager on community marketing and outreach initiatives 

    • -Manage customer accounts through our EmPower referral program 

    • -Provide weekly reporting metrics on marketing and business development initiatives

Requirements

    • -Experience with business development or B2B sales 

    • -Thorough knowledge of CRM use (Salesforce preferred) 

    • -Knowledge of energy efficiency programs (New York State preferred) 

    • -Analytical background and the ability to quantify metrics for reporting 

    • -Experience with partnership management or community outreach 

    • -Experience working with non-profit and other organizations a plus!
