HomeWorks Energy is looking for a highly organized and motivated account manager to help bring energy efficiency to NY homeowners! You will act as a liaison between HomeWorks, our customers, and administrators from the Home Performance with Energy Star and EmPower New York efficiency programs. This is a versatile role with plenty of learning potential. Your duties will encompass customer service, inside sales (B2C), account management, field service scheduling, quality assurance, energy modeling, and office management. Candidates who are customer-centered, detail-oriented and like to work in a team atmosphere will thrive in this role.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage residential customer accounts using provided CRM tools 
  • Coordinate with NYSERDA program coordinators on customer approvals 
  • Utilize energy modeling software to help improve the efficiency of customer homes 
  • Help manage office functions and facilitate daily operations 
  • Provide customer service, and act as a liaison for our field sales team 
  • Provide inside sales support to our field sales team 
     

   Requirements: 

  • Customer service experience (1+ years required) 
  • Account management experience (1+ years required) 
  • Microsoft Office Suite (1+ years required) 
  • Inside sales experience (1+ years preferred) 
  • Previous professional experience using CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)  
  • Experience working in call centers preferred
