HomeWorks Energy is hiring an HVAC Install Technician to provide general labor to support our fast-growing HVAC department.  The right candidate will have extensive HVAC knowledge, looking to enhance or gain hands on field experience.


  • Heating and Cooling Installations
  • Truck stock/inventory
  • Paperwork management
  • Site prep and cleanliness

Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience with HVAC install
  • Experience with installing furnaces, A/C, boilers and ductless mini splits
  • Troubleshooting/ Diagnostics
  • Multimeter, Ref gages, vacuum pumps
  • Brazing knowledge  
  • Basic electrical knowledge is desired
  • Experience with sheet metal is a plus

License Requirements:

  • EPA – Refrigerant License
  • Clean MA Driver’s License
  • Oil License is a plus
  • All candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
